Who reports to whom, in one click

The problem

Agent hierarchy lived in a single "reports to" field. To understand anyone's downline, someone had to click from agent to agent, writing it down as they went. Overrides and recruiting questions took far longer than they should.

What I built

• A tree view on every agent record that shows the full downline under that agent.
• Collapsible branches, so large organizations stay readable.
• Built on the existing "reports to" field, so nothing about how agents are entered had to change.

What changed

Hierarchy questions get answered in seconds, from the record itself. Checking an override or planning recruiting no longer starts with an hour of clicking.
